Here are some frequently asked
questions:
When will I receive my first new wine release
shipment?
Your first shipment will consist of
the next new wine release after you’ve signed up for the
club.
How often will I receive new
releases?
At CHW we release wines when they
are ready, not according to a set schedule. This means we might go
a month without releasing a wine and then release 5 new wines in
the next month. Generally Lots of Lots members receive wines
monthly. Seasonal Lots Club will always get their clubs
quarterly.
How often will I be
billed?
You will be billed at the time of
release, so the amount charged to your credit card will be higher
for months with more releases. New releases will be shipped within
48 hours of billing unless notified otherwise.
Can I opt out of the
club?
You can opt out at any time, but if
you opt out AFTER the shipment of the release, you will be required
to pay for the wine in transit.
When will my 15% off discount on
all CHW orders be active?
After your first new release
package has shipped.
What if I don't like a
release?
There is a chance some of our
releases may not suit your tastes. Although we understand this, one
of the benefits of our club is to try new wines, ones you might not
try otherwise. So, we cannot accept returns on the wines shipped as
part of the club program.
May I have my new release
shipments placed on Buy & Hold?

What if my shipment is returned
because I’m not home or forgot to update my address
information?
The first time a shipment is
returned to us, we will split the reshipping charges with you. If
it happens a second time, we will be happy to reship but will be
unable to split the charges with you.
