What are the
requirements?

A desire to try various super
premium red wines from around the world at an extreme value!

A credit card linked to your CHW
account that will be billed for 3 bottles of each new red wine
release (discounted 15%) and 50% of the shipping charges incurred
(we'll pay the other 50%).
What else do I need
to know? Here are some frequently asked questions:
When will I
receive my first new red wine release shipment?
Your first shipment
will consist of the next new red wine release after you’ve signed
up for the club.
How often will
I receive new releases?
At CHW we release
wines when they are ready, not according to a set schedule. This
means we might go two months without releasing a red wine and then
release 5 new red wines in one month.
How often will
I be billed?
You will be billed
at the time of release, so the amount charged to your credit card
will be higher for months with more releases. It is important to
keep this in mind so your credit card is not maxed out when you are
on an important date and there are no surprises when you get your
credit card bill! New releases will be shipped within 48 hours of
billing unless notified otherwise.
Can I opt out
of the Red Lots club?
You can opt out at
any time, but if you opt out AFTER the shipment of the release, you
will be required to pay for the wine in transit.
When will my
15% off discount on all CHW orders be active?
After your first new
release package has shipped.
What if I
don't like a release?
There is a chance
some of our releases may not suit your tastes. Although we
understand this, one of the benefits of the club is to try new
wines, ones you might not try otherwise. So, we cannot accept
returns on the wines shipped as part of the Red Lots Club
program.
May I have my
new release shipments placed on Buy & Hold?
We are now offering
a "Buy & Hold" option during the summer for $5.00. We will hold
your clubs and ship the wine either October 6 or November 3. Just
order the “Buy & Hold” product. You only have to add ONE "Buy
& Hold" for your club and we will hold all clubs until your
choice of one of these two dates. You will still need to select the
“Buy & Hold” option for re-orders and all separate
orders.
What if my
shipment is returned because I’m not home or forgot to update my
address information?
The first time a
shipment is returned to us, we will split the reshipping charges
with you. If it happens a second time, we will be happy to reship
but will be unable to split the charges with you.
