Fleshy and ripe on the mid-palate showing ripe plum, chocolate and hints of cassis. Finish is long, deep, and succulent. This a beautiful Cabernet and quintessential Australia. <br /><br /><a href="http://store.chwine.com/Product80">Lot 52 2006 Valle De Uco Malbec</a>: The wine is dark purple with a spicy nose of blue-tinted fruit. On the palate bold, dark luscious fruit enveloped by a backbone of smooth, silky tannin that you've come to expect from great Malbecs. Smoky and graceful, this wine exudes "terroir." Drinks great right now but definitely shows you it has the structure to lie down and age gracefully.<br /><br /><a href="http://store.chwine.com/Product246">Lot 129 2007 Campo De Borja Garnacha:</a> Displaying strong red cherry and violet hues, this wine is promptly aromatic and fruit-intense. Concentrated aromas of blackberry and brambly fruits are present with separated nuances, spaced and lively. This wine has balanced acidity, great minerals, fleshy fruit, and a dignified tannic structure that fills the mouth and offers a long, complex finish.<br /><br /><a href="http://store.chwine.com/Product264">Lot 134 2008 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc</a>: A crisp and true expression of Marlborough fruit that is ripe, elegant, and soaring in the nose. Grapefruit, mineral acidity, and beautiful floral notes spring from the glass. Flashed through neutral oak for about 4 months, the palate has excellent weight and dimension, showing tropical fruit, citrus notes, and hints of capsicum.
